Welcome! Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari, are the recommended web browsers for using this program. To get started, register for an account by checking the blue link to the left "click here to register". On the "create a new account page," please complete all areas of the form and click "register." You will then receive a message in a green box saying you have successfully registered. To login, enter your full St. Catherine University e-mail address and newly created password. You must also select a specific schedule. 


When scheduling your appointment, click on the "limit to" box underneath the date. From the drop down menu, select a specific course in which you would like to receive help. The schedule will change, showing you only the tutoring times that are available for that particular course. 


Appointments must begin on time, observing the CENTRAL STANDARD TIME ZONE. For your appointment to occur (whether online, face-to-face, or walk-in) you must clock in at the beginning of your appointment. At the top of the welcome screen, there is a "green" check mark, click this and select the appropriate appointment time. You will see a green bar across the screen indicating you have clocked in. At the end of your appointment, please check the "red" check mark to clock out.

To start an online appointment, you must log in, select the appropriate date and time, and click on the yellow box. Then click the red link titled "Start or join online consultation," which will bring you to the online consultation room.

If you need to cancel an appointment, you must do so as soon as possible. To cancel, you must log into the scheduling system, click on the yellow appointment box, and choose "Cancel this appointment".


Missed or "no show" appointments are documented and after 2 missed appointments your account may be disabled, meaning you can no longer make appointments.

To re-enable your account, contact the system administrator, Debra Evon at or at 651-690-7832.

Having trouble logging in? Enter your email address below and then click "Reset Password." The system will immediately email you with instructions for changing your password. If you do not receive that email in a few minutes, please check your spam filter.

Receiving unwanted text messages from this system? This system can send appointment reminder and waiting list notifications via text message, but only if a cell phone number and carrier is entered by a client when creating or updating an account on the system.

If you have an account on the system, log in to edit your profile and modify your cell phone preferences. If you do not have an account on this system, it's possible that your cell phone number was entered accidentally. Fill out the form below to remove your number immediately.
